When you buy something: your name, email address, and, if you order a physical book, a shipping address. Payment details go straight to Commas, the checkout provider, and never touch my servers. When you visit: standard server logs, and, if you allow it, a Meta Pixel cookie so I can tell which ads brought people here.
To deliver what you bought, to email you the workbook, the chapter and any program access, to answer support questions, and to send the short email series that follows your purchase. You can unsubscribe from that with one click at any time. Your phone number is used for order updates; Tamar only sends marketing texts if you ticked the box asking for them, and you can reply STOP at any time. I don't sell or rent your information.
If you're in the UK or European Union you'll be asked before any advertising cookie is set. Saying no changes nothing about how the site works. Elsewhere, the pixel loads by default and you can disable it in your browser. Purchase events are also sent to Meta from my server (Conversions API), with your email hashed so it isn't readable. See Meta's data policy for how they handle it.
Commas (payments), GoHighLevel (hosting), Meta (advertising measurement), and the email tool used to send your purchases. Each acts under their own privacy terms and only for the purpose above.
Ask for a copy of what I hold, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to marketing, by emailing [email protected]. I'll respond within 30 days. Data is kept while there's a business reason to (tax records for orders, for example) and deleted after.
This site is for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Legal
Digital products (the workbook PDFs and any Transform lessons) are licensed for your personal use. Download them, print them, write all over them. Please don't resell, share or post them. The confidentiality terms below spell out exactly what personal use means. Physical books are shipped to the address you give; check it carefully, because I post them myself and can't intercept a parcel once it's gone.
Everything here is educational and spiritual: coaching, energy work and self-reflection. It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice or treatment, and it doesn't replace any of those. If you're under the care of a professional, keep working with them. If you're in crisis, contact local emergency services.
I share what I've found and what has helped the people I work with. I can't promise a result, because your results depend on you, your circumstances and what you do with the material.
Prices are in US dollars; your bank may convert. When you buy the workbook, your card is saved so the one-time offers that follow can be accepted with a single click; you'll always see the price before you click. Refunds: 30 days, no questions asked, on any digital product. Physical books are refundable if returned in the condition received; return postage is yours. See the refund policy.
Transform access is delivered by email and is for you alone. I may update, improve or retire content over time; lifetime access means for the life of the program.
All words, images, videos and materials are mine unless credited otherwise. Quote a line with attribution, sure. Copying a lesson, no.

30 days. No questions asked. That's the whole policy for digital products.
The workbook and any Transform lessons: email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and I'll refund it in full, usually within two business days. You don't need to explain. If it wasn't right for you, it wasn't right for you.
Because each copy is signed and posted personally, I can refund the book price once it's returned to me in the condition you received it. Return postage is yours. Shipping charges aren't refundable once the parcel has been sent. If a book arrives damaged, send me a photo and I'll replace it.
Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy, with the word "refund" in the subject. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

The workbook, the free chapter and any Transform lessons are for you alone. You agree not to share, copy, post, resell or record them, and to keep any private links to yourself.
You agree to this before paying for the workbook. In plain words: the materials are for you, and only you.
This agreement is between Tamar Altschuler ("Tamar", "I", "me") and you, the person entering their details and ticking the box ("you"). It takes effect the moment you tick the box and continue to payment.
"Confidential Materials" means everything you receive through this site or as a result of your purchase, including: the workbook Come Home to Yourself in every format; the free chapter of The Wealth Within; any Transform lessons, videos, audio, workbooks and companion materials; any bonus content; and any private links, passwords or access details used to reach them.
It also includes any unreleased or unpublished material Tamar shares with you as a customer.
You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Confidential Materials for your own private, non-commercial use. One buyer, one licence.
You agree that you will not, and will not help anyone else to: share, forward, lend, give away, sell or resell the Confidential Materials; post, upload or publish them anywhere, including social media, file-sharing sites, group chats, forums or course-sharing communities; screen-record, download, rip or otherwise capture video or audio lessons; share any private link, password or access detail; copy, translate, adapt or build a product, course, workbook or teaching from them; feed them into any AI, machine-learning or content-generation tool; or remove any notice of authorship or copyright.
Everything you write in the workbook, your answers, reflections and notes, is yours. You are free to talk about your own experience, to recommend the workbook, and to quote up to fifty words with credit to Tamar Altschuler.
This agreement does not cover material that Tamar has herself made public, material you can show you already had before receiving it from Tamar, or a disclosure that a court or law requires you to make (in which case you agree to tell Tamar first where you legally can).
You provide your name, email address and phone number so that Tamar can deliver your purchase, send your access details, answer support questions and follow up about your order and related teachings. Tamar will not sell or rent your details. See the privacy policy for the full picture and how to unsubscribe.
Your obligations last for as long as the Confidential Materials are not made public by Tamar. They survive any refund, cancellation or end of access. A refund returns your money; it does not release the materials.
If you break this agreement, Tamar may end your access to the Confidential Materials immediately and without refund, may ask a court to stop the sharing (an injunction) because money alone would not undo the harm, and may recover her reasonable costs of doing so, in addition to any other remedy the law allows.
Ticking the box marked "I have read and agree to the Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement" is your electronic signature and has the same effect as signing on paper. Tamar keeps a record of your acceptance: the version of this agreement, the date and time, and the network address and browser it came from.
